No Autumn Beemer Bash in 2019, Horrors, Horrors! Well, it's little Jimmy's fault. He forgot to send in the application form to the fairgrounds, reserve the beer vendor and skipped town with the deposit money.
Not to worry. The powers to be...? have declared 2019 (would have been the 34th Annual Beemer Bash) to be the year of the YOYO (You're On Your Own) Rally. So, if you don't have anything to do on the weekend of September 13 - 15, put your camping gear on the back of your bike and head to Quincy for a non-sponsored campout, not affiliated with CCBR or any of it's members. You're on your own.
If you decide to attend this non-event campout at the Quincy Fairgrounds. Camping is $10 per tent per night and RV's are $20 per vehicle per night. Please pay the fairgrounds office. No Reservations needed.
The YOYO Rally Provides: Great roads to ride on, dirt and pavement. Acres of grass for camping, showers, restaurants, quiet starry nights to gaze at.
The YOYO Rally does not provide: Registration, Bash pins, door prizes, microbrews, wine, coffee, vendors, poker run, GS ride.
YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. Come and camp out and see what happens. If you have any questions, don't call me, call the fairgrounds. If you don't know how to get to Quincy, Google it. You're on your own, remember.
See you in Quincy.
Disclaimer: The Central Cal BMW Riders (CCBR) is not sponsoring a YOYO Rally or any event at the Quincy Fairgrounds. Camping at the Quincy Fairgrounds is at your own risk.
